These guys know what the outcome of almost every vote is before they take it. Why waste this time.  Work on the business of this country where both sides can work together to pass legislation that will make it through the Senate and be signed by the President.  Stop grandstanding for you base and get something done.  (Not saying that the democrats are not guilty of the same exact thing.  They are!)
